Maverick Viñales Ruiz is a Spanish Grand Prix motorbike racer who was born on January 12, 1995.
Viñales is the 2013 Moto3 World Champion and is currently a MotoGP rider for the Aprilia Racing team.
His contract with the Yamaha Factory Racing team was mutually terminated midway through the 2021 season after five seasons as a MotoGP factory rider.

Career
Maverick Viñales is a Spanish motorcycle racer competing in the MotoGP World Championship.
In 2011, Viñalesmade his Grand Prix debut in the Moto3 class with the Blusens Avintia team.
He won his first race in the class and finished third in the championship in 2012.
Maverick advanced to the Moto2 class in 2014, where he won four races and finished third overall in the championship.
